PLEASE READ
- We highly recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment are available.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and having a proper consultation.
- Arriving late might shorten your treatment session inconsiderably. Please be on time to prevent inconvenience for the next customer.
- Your appointment will be held for 10 minutes, after which we consider it a “NO SHOW” and reserve the right to cancel your appointment. There will be a 50% charge for all NO SHOWS.
- If late arrival is unavoidable, please give us a call, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to rearrange an open slot for another customer.
- To meet your expectation, please notify us of any health condition(s) we should be concerned about. Please also feel free to inform your therapist to adjust the pressure to your liking during a session.
- Please turn off or mute your cell phone during the session. If necessary, please keep your conversation brief and soft. This promotes a tranquil and relaxed environment for everybody.
- We recommend that you take a warm shower, drink a lot of water, and take rest after the treatment.
- Please check your personal belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
